1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

MerryMove offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery, we utilize Amazon Logistics (FBA/MCF) to fulfill our orders. Your items will be dispatched from various Amazon fulfillment centers across the U.S. to ensure they reach you via the shortest route possible.

3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

MerryMove ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that expedited shipping options may be limited for P.O. boxes and military addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or on our "Track Order" page.

5. Fulfillment Logistics Disclaimer

To provide premium logistics services, MerryMove leverages Amazon’s world-class fulfillment network. Please note that your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. This is part of our commitment to using professional infrastructure to ensure your products are handled with care and delivered as quickly as possible.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

MerryMove is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at yfmeilu@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and provide photos of the damaged items to expedite the process.
