Refund Policy

At MerryMove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Address: Please note that since we utilize a distributed fulfillment network (Amazon FBA/MCF), the return address may differ from the shipping origin. Please follow the specific instructions provided by our support team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), MerryMove will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: For returns based on personal preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size/color), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
